Informed consent

Your agreement to work together, given once you know what you are agreeing to.

Term

What it contains

Who I am and what my training is, how I work, how long a session lasts, what it costs, how cancellations work, how I handle your data, and where the limits of confidentiality lie.

Why it matters

Because therapy isn’t a service you should enter blind. We go through the consent form and sign it if, after the introductory session, we decide to continue — and you can withdraw it at any time.

Does some of this sound familiar?

An explanation is one thing, the experience another. If you'd like to talk it through with someone, write to me.

This is what insomnia taught me. What has it taught you? Traumatic experiences can leave you weakened — on recovery and strength. On the worries that drain our energy. On why differentiation matters in relationships. Self-confidence starts with self-awareness. On how hard it is to start — and harder still to keep going.
